The 2026 Annual Conference theme, "Power of Love," is a reminder of the impact we have in the lives of those whom we serve daily in light of John 15:12

"My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you."

Your in-person registration includes all general sessions, keynotes, workshops and conference full meals (Wednesday lunch & dinner | Thursday lunch | Friday lunch & dinner). As well as 21 days (3/25/26-4/14/26) access to all workshops being presented in the virtual conference and select recorded in-person conference workshops. Closer to the Conference, you will receive detailed instruction on how to access the Conference App (Whova) at THIS EMAIL ADDRESS. We encourage you to please check your spam/junk folder as well.

Heartbeat’s Annual Conference is designed for ministry leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers of life-affirming pregnancy help centers, medical clinics, maternity homes, and non-profit adoption agencies, as well as professionals in the areas of medicine, counseling, social work, and education.

Continuing Education

Please indicate below if you hold any sort of professional designation. Please note, at this time Heartbeat International is pleased to offer complimentary continuing education for nurses and RDMSs who attend approved workshops, as well as continuing education for Life Affirming Specialists who register and attend our Annual Conference.

If you are a nurse or RDMS interested in receiving credit from any IDD or workshop approved for credit, please provide your license number below. If you do not have it available to you at this time, you may continue with your registration, but please contact the Heartbeat office as soon as possible to add it to your registration.
Closing banquet is included as part of your conference registration, but please let us know if you will be staying or plan to leave early.
An In-Depth Day Only or Bundle registration is needed to participate in all trainings held Tuesday, March 24, 2026. Descriptions for In-Depth Day can be found here
Due to space limitations and our desire to make the Executive Roundtable (ERT) and the Housing Roundtable (HRT) experiences available to as many qualified organizations and directors/CEO's as possible, this year's sessions will require an application. If you wish to participate in either ERT or HRT, you must complete the application here AND select an alternative In-Depth Day (IDD) topic from the list provided above. If selected for either ERT or HRT, your registration will be automatically updated and a new confirmation will be emailed to you, otherwise you will remain enrolled in the alternate IDD of your choice. You will be notified within two weeks of your invitation. Applications received without a completed registration, including an alternate IDD selection, will not be honored.

Individual Expanded Virtual Conference access is included with in-person conference registration at no additional charge. This year Heartbeat is excited to also offer in-person attendees a discounted rate for Virtual Conference access for staff and volunteers who cannot make it to Cincinnati! We have two options from which to choose: 1) Individual Basic Virtual access to all virtual only conference for 14 days (3/25/26 – 4/7/26) - OR - 2) Individual Expanded Virtual access, Group Expanded Virtual access (up to 5), or Enterprise Expanded Virtual access (up to 15) that provides access to all virtual only conference content and select in-person recorded content for 21 days (3/25/26 – 4/14/26).

Trainings marked with an asterisk (*) provide continuing education nursing contact hour credit for nurses (approved by Heartbeat International). Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Provider Number 16061 for 1.00 contact hour for each qualifying medical workshop. Please provide your license number during registration if applying for CEUs.

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to join us you may request a refund from Heartbeat International. Refunds may be issued until 12 a.m. EST (midnight) February 7, 2026. A 50% refund is available from 12:01 a.m. EST February 8, 2026 to February 28, 2026. No refunds will be issued past 12:01 a.m. EST March 1, 2026. Method of refund may require transaction fees. All refund requests must be made in writing through the Heartbeat Conference Change Request Form-2026.
