2026 Heartbeat International Virtual Conference

The 2026 Annual Conference theme, "Power of Love," is a reminder of the impact we have in the lives of those whom we serve daily in light of John 15:12

"My command is this: Love each other as I have loved you."

Heartbeat International's Annual Conference is designed for ministry leaders, staff, board members, and volunteers of life-affirming pregnancy help centers, medical clinics, maternity homes, and non-profit adoption agencies, as well as professionals in the areas of medicine, counseling, social work, and education. This year, Heartbeat is excited to offer a Virtual Conference for those who may not be able to join us in Cincinnati for our Annual Conference.

Consisting of more than 45 workshops with live virtual Q&A, this year's Virtual Conference registration includes four options:

  1. Individual Basic Access with 14 days (3/25/26 - 4/7/26) access to virtual conference workshops,
  2. Individual Expanded Access with 21 days (3/25/26 - 4/14/26) access to virtual conference workshops and select in-person conference workshops,
  3. Group Expanded Access (up to 5) with 21 days (3/25/26 - 4/14/26) access to virtual conference workshops and select in-person conference workshops, and
  4. Enterprise Expanded Access (up to 15) includes 21 days (3/25/26 - 4/14/26) access to virtual conference workshops and select in-person conference workshops.

Trainings marked with an asterisk (*) provide continuing education nursing contact hour credit for nurses (approved by Heartbeat International). Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing. Provider Number 16061 for 1.00 contact hour for each qualifying medical training workshop. Replacement for non-attendance will only be awarded if non-attendance is the direct result of an unplanned or unannounced outage. A replacement Nursing CEU selected by Heartbeat International will be made available through Heartbeat Academy should a Virtual Conference nursing CEU providing workshop be cancelled.  Medical Professionals - please provide your license number prior to the course if requesting nursing CEUs to Trainings@HeartbeatInternational.org. 

Cancellation Policy: If you are unable to join us, you may either transfer your registration to a co-worker or friend, or request a refund from Heartbeat International. Refunds may be issued until 12 a.m. EST (midnight) February 7, 2026. A 50% refund is available from 12:01 a.m. EST February 8, 2026 to February 28, 2026. No refunds will be issued past 12:01 a.m. EST March 1, 2026. Method of refund may require transaction fees. All refund or transfer requests must be made in writing through the Heartbeat Conference Change Request Form-2026.
