Heartbeat International is a Christian, interdenominational association that provides networking opportunities, and the support, training, and resources for members to be creative and entrepreneurial, as the Lord leads, in their own communities. It is one of the first and largest pro-life networks of pregnancy centers in the world, currently supporting, starting and strengthening more than 1,100 pregnancy help ministries (including more than 200 international affiliates) to provide alternatives to abortion.  Our members include pregnancy help centers, maternity homes, non-profit adoption agencies, and abortion recovery programs. As an affiliate, you have the opportunity to be listed in our Option Line which connects those experiencing an unplanned pregnancy to their local pregnancy center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Trained consultants are available to listen to concerns and to answer questions about pregnancy, abortion and related issues when centers are closed.

Opportunities are available to members to be involved in writing for Heartbeat publications and in giving presentations at Heartbeat training events. There are also opportunities to serve as consultants on the Heartbeat team.

Affiliates are entirely autonomous in all other matters of policy and management.
