Course Withdrawl Policy:

  • If a student withdraws from the course on or/before Friday of Week 1 they will receive a refund, less processing fees per Heartbeat International’s return policy. The student must contact Heartbeat International course instructor or administrator directly before close of business the Friday of Week 1 to receive a refund.
  • A student may withdraw from the program before the Friday of Week 2 and receive a half refund. 
  • If a student withdraws after close of business the Friday of Week 2, no refund will be issued.

In the event a student is prevented from completing the course due to extenuating circumstances, student may be offered a nontransferrable seat to participate in the following session of ConCERT at no charge at the instructor's discretion.
